Hanging By A Thread

On Tuesday, May 15, we went up on top of a mountain. It was at Tegelbergbahn near the Neuschwanstein castle. We rode to the top in a gondola.

Riding in the gondola was scary and interesting at the same time. It was scary because we were so far off the ground. It was interesting because the view was really beautiful. It looked like we were going slow until we passed the other gondola and we could tell we were moving quickly. When we arrived at the top, we looked at the view and walked around a little bit. We found a place where hang gliders jump off.

Then we ate lunch at the restaurant which had amazing views. After lunch we rode the gondola back down the mountain and then rode the luge. This is the view of the luge from the gondola:

The luge was really fun. It was fast and scary and some of my siblings wouldn't hit the brake. I was always using the brake though because I was scared I would tip. Everyone had two rides except Dad and Mom.

It was a very fun start to another fun day.
